2019 Richland PORTAL (Yearbook) Senior Portrait Guidelines

The Richland PORTAL student yearbook has a list of criteria for senior portraits in order to have them included in the publication.

Here's what you need to know if you're submitting senior portraits:

1. Portraits must be submitted no later than November 1, 2018.
2. Only photos that meet the following guidelines will be printed in the yearbook.

Male Style Tips

1. Business casual
2. Collared shirts appear professional
3. School dress code applies

Female Style Tips

1. Business casual
2. Blouses or shirts with sleeves are best
3. School dress code applies

Background and Posing Guidelines

1. Neutral indoor backgrounds only
2. Professional sitting only
3. No outdoor photos
4. Portrait placement for headshot
5. No profile shots
6. Head and shoulder pose—no arms or hands
7. No props of any kind

Digital Image Guidelines

1. Photos may be emailed to [email protected] or submitted to Richland High School, Attention Kaitlin Aurandt-Gribler, Yearbook Advisor, at One Academic Avenue, Johnstown, PA 15904
2. High resolution files, three mega-pixels or greater
3. You may also save on CD-ROM in JPEG format only
