Welcome to First Grade! I am super excited to spend this year with you. This will be my 27th year in education. I received my Bachelors Degree in Elementary Education from the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown and my Master's degree in Literacy from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. I taught Kindergarten for three years at Colonial Beach Public School District in Colonial Beach, Virginia. I was Primary Teacher of the Year in 2000. This will be my 24th year teaching at Richland. I taught Fourth Grade for one year and have been teaching First Grade for the past twenty two years.
