Congratulations to Mrs. Brady Keane and the entire National Honors Society for being recognized at the 5th Annual Arbutus Senior Spirit Awards as the Spirit of Appreciation Award Winner. The National Honors Society was recognized for their efforts in planning and serving a luncheon for senior citizens living in Richland Township. The meal coincided with the school's spring musical performance of The Drowsy Chaperone. Seniors Cassidy Black, Abigail Bracken, and Shay Roth accepted the award on behalf of the National Honors Society.
The National Honors Society was also recognized for their service to the Richland Community by State Representative Bryan Barbin. Representative Barbin presented a Citation from the House of Representatives acknowledging the National Honors Society for their contribution to the benefit of the Richland Community and ultimately to all the citizens of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
The Richland School District and the Richland High School Paragon Chapter of the National Honors Society would like to thank the Arbutus Park Retirement Community and Representative Bryan Barbin for recognizing their efforts.
