Dear Richland Community,
On Wednesday, November 10th, the Pennsylvania Commonwealth Court vacated Acting Health Secretary Alison Beam’s Face Covering Order in School Entities that has been in place since September 7, 2021.
However, the Face Covering Order is still in effect because the Pennsylvania Department of Health immediately filed an appeal with the Pennsylvania Supreme Court. This filing results in an automatic stay of the Commonwealth Court’s decision.
We respectfully ask for your continued compliance, which requires universal indoor masking for all students, employees, and visitors, regardless of vaccination status.
