2025-2028 Comprehensive Plan
The Pennsylvania Department of Education requires each school district to prepare and submit a “Comprehensive Plan” as part of long-range future plans. Comprehensive Planning is a process used to ensure that all students are achieving at high levels. The plan will be available for public viewing for 28 days prior to official school board approval.

This semi-annual email shall notify that any Richland School District Board Policy or district procedure requiring annual notice to the students, parents, employees, and/or public will be found on the Richland School District website at www.richlandsd.com.

2025/2026 School Calendar Approved
The Richland School District Board of Directors has approved the 2025/2026 school year calendar.

Alleged Bus Driver Misconduct - 2/25/25
On Tuesday, February 25, 2025, the Richland School District was informed that a contracted bus driver is under investigation for allegedly engaging in inappropriate online conduct. Please review a message from Superintendent Nadonley regarding this incident.

BUS #17 - Accident
We are informing you that Bus #17 was involved in a minor accident this morning on Scalp Ave. Thankfully, there were no students on board at the time, and no injuries have been reported. Students who ride Bus 17 may experience a slight delay in their morning pick-up.
